Power Integrations today announced financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. Net revenues for the second quarter were $106.8 million, down three percent compared to the prior quarter and up four percent from the second quarter of 2019. Net income for the second quarter was $13.2 million or $0.44 per diluted share compared to $0.53 per diluted share in the prior quarter and $0.37 per diluted share in the second quarter of 2019. Cash flow from operations for the second quarter was $36.7 million.
